Lou Baddiley

Lou is part of our HR and Employment Relations team in Rotorua, supporting businesses within the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato regions.

With work experience from within both the public and private sector, Lou has worked in industries including tourism, retail, hospitality, science, finance and health.

As a senior HR practitioner Lou has had a breath of experience with coaching and training and development and has a particular passion for driving great workplace culture.  Lou loves working with teams to work out how to make them best tick, to drive an organisation forward.
