Gwynn has worked with a range of New Zealand and overseas clients to help them create exciting employee experiences, primarily through the use of Analytics and Cognitive HR. His clients range from public sector organisations, finance sector companies, manufacturers, and not-for-profits. He is primarily responsible for analysing employee engagement survey results for clients, and then, using workforce analytics, work with organisational leaders to identify targeted and relevant solutions aimed at improving workplace culture and organisational performance. Gwynns focus is on achieving clients’ objectives efficiently using evidence, taking into account and aligning to their wider organisational context, and positively impacting their objectives and strategic priorities.
Gwynns skills and experience span across workplace climate and culture assessment, leadership assessment, qualitative and quantitative analysis, executive/Board presentations, training and group facilitation. He has also contributed to thought leadership in the areas of the Future of Work, the modernisation of HR, employee engagement and leadership.
